A common misconception is that laser hair reduction and electrolysis are one-and-done treatments. However, laser hair reduction takes at least six sessions to see optimal results. However, patients can expect to see significantly less body hair after each session.

Laser hair reduction can treat almost any area of the body. The most commonly treated areas are the upper lip, chin, back, chest, bikini line, neck, and shoulders.

Immediately after procedure, you can expect some swelling and pain, which can be treated with OTC painkillers, ice packs, and steroid cream if prescribed. Pain should dissipate in a day or two. A few weeks after hair reduction, you will notice your hair begin to shed and not return.

6-12 sessions are recommended for all areas. 1-2 sessions a year are recommended for maintenance.

An underarm appointment takes about 10-15 minutes. Brazilian takes about 15-30 minutes. Full legs take about 30-45 minutes.

Area(s) being treated must stay out of direct sun & tanning beds 4 weeks before appointment. No spray tans or self tanner on area 10 days before apt. Must be completely off before session. No exercising day of & 24 hours after session.
